During a LifeLine session, I guide you through a process where you acknowledge where you are right now with physical symptoms, life stress, and the emotions you are experiencing. Nobody would ever choose many of the emotional reactions they are having, like fear, anxiety, panic, and worry. I guide you with my words from this place of emotional reaction, to connecting to what your heart really wants to feel, connecting to the supportive place in your heart that we all have. The rest of that session is then gently peeling away all the layers that your mind goes through, those layers that tell you why you can’t stay in that supportive emotional state. We all have those moments in our mind where our mind says “you aren’t good enough”, “you’ll never have what you want”, or many other phrases that tear ourselves down.
I’m trained to guide you through those spaces with my words, and back into a space of clarity, connection and well-being. The LifeLine Technique® does not treat or diagnose, and yet, so many of my clients report drastic changes in their quality of life and their ability to handle stress.
